Job summary

Shield AI in the defense-tech sector seeks a Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager for PACOM to lead mission autonomy engagement strategy, design capture plans, and influence policy across Shield AI’s product portfolios.

You will develop multi-year capture plans, build trusted relationships with PACOM decision makers, anticipate customer needs, and guide cross‑functional teams toward programs with long-term revenue and mission impact, including ensuring security clearances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic capture or policy development in the USG
• Deep knowledge of PACOM theater priorities and decision-making processes
• Experience with emerging technologies / AI
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI’s mission autonomy product portfolios.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic PACOM autonomy program wins.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across PACOM decision makers, including requirements and acquisition officials.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with Shield AI portfolios.
