Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager, PACOM, to lead mission autonomy engagement strategy and design capture plans across Shield AI's portfolios. The role shapes relationships with PACOM officials and informs policy and requirements for advancing combat and mission capabilities.

You will develop comprehensive capture plans, drive multi-year wins, and build trusted PACOM relationships. A deep background in strategy, policy, and AI, plus an active clearance, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic capture or policy development for the USG.
• Deep knowledge of PACOM priorities and decision-making processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies / AI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to cross-collaborate across technical and operational teams.
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).

Job Description:

The Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager, PACOM will lead Shield AI's mission autonomy engagement strategy and design capture plans involving PACOM entities. This individual will guide, shape, and inform theater service-component command relationships and influence policy and requirements across Shield AI's product portfolios.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI's mission autonomy product portfolios, with a focus on growing programs with long-term revenue potential and mission impact.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic PACOM autonomy program wins.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across key PACOM decision makers, including requirements and acquisition officials.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in strategic capture or policy development in the USG
• Deep knowledge of PACOM theater priorities and decision-making processes, with exposure to operational missions
• Experience with emerging technologies / AI
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to cross-collaborate across technical and operational teams
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Prior PACOM assignment experience
