Shield AI in the defense-tech sector seeks a Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager for PACOM to lead mission autonomy engagement strategy, design capture plans, and influence policy across Shield AI’s product portfolios.

You will develop multi-year capture plans, build trusted relationships with PACOM decision makers, anticipate customer needs, and guide cross‑functional teams toward programs with long-term revenue and mission impact, including ensuring security clearances.

• Deep knowledge of PACOM theater priorities and decision-making processes
• Experience with emerging technologies / AI
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)

Job Description:

The Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager, PACOM will lead Shield AI’s mission autonomy engagement strategy and design capture plans involving PACOM entities. This individual will guide, shape, and inform theater service-component command relationships and influence policy and requirements across Shield AI’s product portfolios.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI’s mission autonomy product portfolios, with a focus on growing programs with long‑term revenue potential and mission impact.
• Drive teams toward multi‑year strategic PACOM autonomy program wins.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across key PACOM decision makers, including requirements and acquisition officials.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in strategic capture or policy development in the USG
• Deep knowledge of PACOM theater priorities and decision‑making processes, with exposure to operational missions
• Experience with emerging technologies / AI
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to cross‑collaborate across technical and operational teams
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Prior PACOM assignment experience

$230,000 - $350,000 a year

Pay range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE)

Full‑time regular employee offer package:

Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

Temporary employee offer package:

Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
