Job summary

SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and organize projects while supporting teammates. The role requires self-motivation, strong organization, and outstanding customer service skills.

You will oversee daily project status, create preliminary estimates, and ensure accurate documentation from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.
• Proficient with relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
