Hyve Solutions, a SYNNEX company, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Packout) in Olive Branch, MS. The role focuses on leading pack-out operations, enforcing quality controls, and driving lean improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

You will train production leads and staff, oversee packaging material management, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to resolve shop-floor issues while maintaining safety and on-time shipments.

Formación

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems
• Effective in time management and delegation
• Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
• Physical ability to work around industrial equipment, including lifting to 50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Train production leads and staff, promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee all pack-out operations, ensure accurate packing, quality, and on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials, crates, and supplies; maintain inventory and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and quality assurance to resolve issues.
• Enforce quality control standards across the pack-out process.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to boost productivity.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration; minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present reports on performance metrics (production, quality, efficiency).
