Job summary

Pridgeon & Clay Inc. in Grand Rapids seeks a Packline Coordinator for the 1st shift 06:30am-02:30pm to oversee packing, shipping and receiving activities and ensure on-time, defect-free fulfillment.

You will support the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor and Materials Manager, supervise shift teams, manage bills of lading, ASN transmission, RF transactions, and uphold quality and safety standards. Candidates need a high school diploma, the P&C Hilo license (or the ability to obtain one), strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• General quality knowledge including visual defects and mixed parts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn RF system and read orders to meet on-time delivery.
• Proficiency with Bill of Lading and ASN processes.
• Computer literacy and good attendance.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor and Materials Manager in leading shift packing/shipping/receiving teams.
• Coordinate packing teams to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Manage Bills of Lading confirmations and ASN transmissions.
• Read orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform RF transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety compliance.
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Communicate with management to improve teamwork and performance.
