Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead for Grand Rapids on day shift. You will lead picker/packer staff, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and maintain organized dock and receiving areas while coordinating with Shipping and Receiving Supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma, dependable attendance, forklift certification or willingness to obtain it, basic computer skills, and prior warehouse experience is a plus. Competitive benefits and wages offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead picker/packer personnel to ship orders by deadlines.
• Communicate daily with Shipping Supervisors on concerns or questions.
• Print and sort orders by priority.
• Train and lead employees on picking and packing procedures.
• Delegate work and keep dock/receiving areas organized and clean.
• Research pick errors and address issues with Supervisors.
• Maintain receiving log and ensure procedures are followed.
