Job summary

ThermoSafe is hiring for a manufacturing/warehouse packing role in Shepherdsville, KY. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to identify defects on the packing line. Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the #1 priority on every shift.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth packing operations.
• Maintain a 5S-focused, clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot issues on the packing line and quickly resolve problems.
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products.
• Move products to designated pack-outs throughout the shift.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor/manager while adhering to quality and safety policies.
• Support other departments as needed and be flexible with duties.
• Overtime may be required on occasion.
