Circle U Foods, Inc. seeks a Packing Supervisor to lead daily packing operations at our Fort Worth facility. You will supervise packing leads and associates, coordinate schedules, ensure correct packaging, labeling, and documentation, and support safety and quality standards.

The role is hands-on, requiring strong leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to meet production goals in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily packing activities and staff.
• Plan and adjust workloads to meet production schedules.
• Ensure finished goods are packed to spec with correct labels.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation.
• Enforce GMP, safety, and food safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with line setup and training as needed.
