Liberty Packaging - Texas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include safety program execution, process improvement, and collaboration across departments. A strong focus on coaching, leadership, and problem-solving is required, with weekend/holiday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent
• 3+ years supervisory, team lead, or project leadership experience
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and extra hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and achieve KPI targets (safety, quality, waste)
• Conduct safety huddles and promote proactive safety measures
• Support safety investigations and ensure policy compliance
• Oversee quality processes and maintenance to ensure reliability
• Coach and discipline staff, conduct timely reviews, maintain timekeeping
• Plan labor use and overtime to optimize productivity
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability projects
• Mentor staff and share knowledge across the team
• Escalate issues to leadership to minimize customer impact
• Collaborate across departments for smooth operations
• Participate in safety, environmental and community engagement initiatives
