Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blending team daily, including attendance and performance.
• Coordinate production plans, monitor workflow, and meet targets.
• Train and develop staff; uphold GMPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Address operational issues and collaborate with QA and maintenance.
