Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Packout Manager to lead daily Packout operations, ensuring finished products are labeled, packaged, and delivered with top quality and efficiency. You will supervise staff, coordinate with production and logistics, manage payroll, and uphold food safety standards in a refrigerated environment.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Packout operations ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and on-time delivery.
Verify quantities for delivery and maintain daily records.
Oversee payroll submission and staff timekeeping processes.
Train, supervise, and develop Packout staff and Driver Support Associates.
Coordinate with Production, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to meet deadlines.
Maintain packaging materials inventory and enforce food safety standards.
