Baxter Healthcare in Marion, NC is hiring a Material Handler, Packing to move, inspect, and package IV therapies and other sterile products in a cleanroom. You will operate packaging equipment, log defects, and maintain safe, efficient processes on a rotating shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• PIT Operator Certification required or obtainable.
• Inspector Certification required or obtainable.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport sterilized bags with powered industrial truck and load/unload BOM items.
• Inspect and change battery on PIT as needed.
• Keep truck unloader supplied and operate/maintain packaging equipment.
• Visually inspect bags for defects and log any issues.
• Unpack/repack products and assist line clearance.
• Follow safety, quality, SOPs and cGMP standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 6S principles.
