Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Packing Manufacturing Technician to support daily production, quality, and safety. You will troubleshoot, monitor lines, and collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and operators to keep processes running smoothly.

We offer a 6:00pm-6:00am 2-2-3 schedule, a 10% shift differential, weekly pay, and a climate-controlled environment with comprehensive benefits to support your growth in manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors and operators by removing production obstacles and improving workflow.
• Monitor lines to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Participate in safety investigations and help implement corrective actions.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and 5S to improve processes.
• Support equipment installations and process improvements in production areas.
• Assist with training and onboarding within the production area.
