Job summary

The LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Packing Supervisor on the day shift to oversee highly automated packing lines, ensure safe and efficient execution of the production plan, and coach frontline operators.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Planning, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using PDCA and 5-Why where appropriate. This role offers competitive pay and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production operations leading teams in automated environments.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC systems, or material handling.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during issues or disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across highly automated packing lines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and oversee automation systems, addressing downtime and quality concerns.
• Coach and develop frontline operators and technicians to support continuous improvement.
