Job summary

REVOLVE is hiring a Packing Lead (2nd Shift) in Shoemakersville, PA, to optimize team productivity and accuracy in packing, picking and shipping. This full-time on-site role supports warehouse operations.

You will train new and existing agents, prioritize daily tasks, monitor attendance, and report productivity. The ideal candidate has 2+ years leading a warehouse team, strong Excel/Word skills, and WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging and leading a large group.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and email; experience with a WMS system.
• Strong communication and training skills; bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks by priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request resources based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshoot exceptions to keep processing flowing.
• Develop expert skills in inbound tasks.
• Test new process improvements.
• Benchmark and evaluate employees.
• Order supplies for the team when needed.
• Provide daily productivity reports.
• Work with packing, inbound, and outbound teams on department tasks.
