Job summary

REVOLVE GROUP is seeking a Packing Lead for the 2nd shift in Shoemakersville, PA to optimize team productivity and accuracy in packing, picking and shipping workflows. The role centers on classifying shipping options and prioritizing tasks to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse leadership, with strong Excel/Word skills and experience with a WMS system. This is a regular full-time, on-site position offering hourly compensation and opportunities to influence daily

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging and leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and email. Experience with a WMS system

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources, when necessary, based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the all-inbound tasks.
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity reports
• Department specific tasks (i.e. Packing - working along with inbound and outbound teams.)

Main purpose of the Position Title role:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Highly effective training skills and techniques
• Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above)
• Dependable
