REVOLVE in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Procurement Clerk to support and fulfill all procurement-related activities for warehouse supplies and sourcing programs. This full-time role ensures the smooth and efficient completion of procurement tasks.

You will assist with supply management, data entry, and vendor communications, while meeting safety and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years clerical/warehouse exp, fluent English, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs, climb and stand on ladders.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Maintain a safe working area and adhere to the safety rules and best practices established by the company.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supply management, procurement and order tracking.
• Light data entry.
• Receive, pick, pack and ship warehouse supplies using an assortment tool ranging from, but not limited to the use of a forklift, walking stacker, pallet jack, cart or dollies.
• Respond to order requests and communicate with vendors and internal customers.

Main purpose of the Procurement Clerk role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will help the procurement department in supporting and fulfilling all aspects of Revolve’s warehouse supplies and sourcing programs. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient completion of all procurement-related activities.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Assist with supply management, procurement and order tracking Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Light data entry
• Receive, pick, pack and ship warehouse supplies using an assortment tool ranging from, but not limited to the use of a forklift, walking stacker, pallet jack, cart or dollies.
• Respond to order requests and communicate with vendors and internal customers

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality of work
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs, climb and stand on ladders.
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Maintain a safe working area and adhere to the safety rules and best practices established by the company.
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center, such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures.
• Effective communicator
• Ability to work cross functionally with many different people and teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years clerical and warehouse experience
• Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, and email
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a warehouse or distribution center such as warm and cold temperatures
• Fluent in English
• Must have a valid forklift certification.
• Must have a professional presentation and be able to follow rules and regulations clearly
• Must have a driver license to deliver items to different locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with an inventory management system
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.
