Val-Matic Valve & Mfg. Corp in Elmhurst, IL, seeks a Packer to build SCV and prepare packages for shipment, contributing to reliable supply for customers.

Responsibilities include reading job information, assembling SCV per work instructions, labeling and packing, keeping work areas clean, and following safety rules to maintain a safe, efficient production line. Must pass safety training and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Description

The Packer builds SCV and prepares packages for shipment.
