Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Packer in San Diego, CA. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, emphasizing accuracy and speed to keep orders on schedule.

Base pay is $20.00 per hour, with 1st and 2nd shifts available. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and an optional 401(k). High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble coffee pods and finished products according to production specifications.
• Build, assemble, and prepare boxes for finished product packaging.

• Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Pick and pack customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Apply labels and organize completed products for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production and shipment goals.

• 1st Shift | 5 AM - 1:40 PM
• 2nd Shift | 1:20 PM - 9:50 PM

• Experience with warehouse scanners, shipping processes, or inventory systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions and packaging requirements.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• Previous food production, manufacturing, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Ability to handle products, packaging materials, and completed orders safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
