Education Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work orders, production instructions, and quality procedures.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to perform visual quality inspections and accurately identify product defects.
- Experience using gauges, scales, and measuring equipment to verify product specifications is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following safety and quality standards.
Physical Capabilities
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with team assistance.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle and assemble small parts with consistent accuracy.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in a loud production environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations while wearing required PPE.
Job Duties
- Load, pack, inspect, label, and palletize products according to production schedules and customer orders.
- Read work instructions and follow established manufacturing processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools, gauges, and scales to verify products meet quality standards.
- Assemble, package, seal, identify, and stack finished goods for shipment or storage.
- Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform basic equipment checks, report maintenance issues, participate in safety initiatives, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations, GMP requirements, and quality standards to support efficient manufacturing operations and deliver high-quality products.
