Staffmark has partnered with a food packaging specialist to find a Packer for their team in New Vienna, OH. This role is perfect for individuals who prioritize quality and efficiency and want to work in a company that emphasizes teamwork, safety, and growth. As a Packer, you'll support your personal development while contributing to the company's success.

Shift Details:

• 2-2-3 schedule
• Day shift: 6pm - 6am at $16/hr
• Night shift: 6pm - 6am at $17/hr
• Work every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance while packing quality products into cartons or pallets and loading end-boards onto molding machines.
• Rotate between packer assignments, inspect product quality, and assist with operating and cleaning automated equipment.
• Prepare accurate labels, follow packaging specifications, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks, perform housekeeping duties, and handle other responsibilities as needed.

This is an entry-level position; training will be provided!
