Job summary

American Crystal Sugar Company in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Packaging/Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to boost asset reliability and capacity across packaging and warehouse lines. You will lead a maintenance team, develop PM/PdM programs, coordinate with engineering, manage budgets and capital projects, and ensure safety, food safety, and compliance with company standards.

Experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership is preferred; a 4-year engineering degree is preferred or equivalent

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• 3+ years maintenance leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with PM/PdM programs preferred.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM).
• Oversee packaging/warehouse automation systems.
• Manage budgets and capital projects; coordinate with engineering.
