Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive workplace culture through ACSC Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, and Accountability.
• Work with Maintenance Superintendent and Factory Engineering staff on maintainability of new capital projects.
• Monitor and document emissions from state permitted equipment and ensure reporting to Environmental Compliance Supervisor.
• Provide spare parts lists, equipment manuals and prints for new installations consistent with standards.
• Incorporate safety, food safety, and food quality into daily tasks, designs, and projects.
• Develop bid packages for replacements; manage projects from concept through planning and execution.
• Assist with project budgets and maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate final checkout of capital and project installations.
• Establish and document maintenance procedures for new installations.
• Guide reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety systems.
• Define, design, develop, monitor and refine PM/PdM processes; ensure SOPs, lubrication programs, inspections, overhauls, and improvements.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance team to schedule PM/PdM services and inspections; ensure corrective actions are performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
