Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, accounting, logistics, supply management, or related field.
• Knowledge of materials and inventory management and computer systems required.
• Supervisory, organizational and communication skills; mechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise storeroom staff and activities to ensure safety, quality and policy compliance.
• Lead inventory monitoring, usage analysis, and EOQ/reorder point optimization.
• Prepare requisitions, POs and RFQs; coordinate with purchasing and suppliers.
• Review time/attendance and payroll for storeroom staff bi-weekly.
• Maintain storeroom security and access controls; conduct audits as required.
