PACKAGING/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Join the innovative team at Twelve Percent Beer Project, a dynamic brewery in North Haven, CT. We're currently seeking a team member to assist with our packaging and warehouse needs. This is a full time position in a fast paced work environment with room for growth into a Packaging Operator role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with canning and kegging of beer.
• Operate label applicator, paktech applicator and can depalletizer.
• Assist with operation of 24 head rotary can filler.
• Clean and fill kegs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Pick cases and kegs of beer for orders and load company vehicles and third-party trucks.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products within the warehouse.
• Receive finished products and raw materials, maintaining accurate records.
• When needed, assist with deliveries, ensuring safe and timely transportation.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old with a valid, clean driver's license (driving record check required).
• Ability to learn to safely operate a forklift.
• Prior warehouse and/or delivery experience a plus.
• Previous brewery experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and punctuality are valued.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
