What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
2. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Performing sales space replenishment, following visual merchandising guidance with flexibility.
4. Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
5. Adhering to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory taking.
6. Fostering an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environment.

The hourly pay range for this role is $17.77-$25.31. This is a permanent, part-time position with 12-20 hours per week, with shifts between 5 am and 1 pm. Benefits include:
