Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking an experienced Utilities (PIM – Level 3) to support high-volume, automated production and packaging operations in New Jersey. The role focuses on maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include material movement, changeovers, investigations, and supporting preventive maintenance to ensure GMP compliance and continuous improvement across multiple production lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and comply with standard work instructions.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance.
• English fluency required, including reading, writing and comprehension of work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process materials to production lines per schedules.
• Ensure continuous material availability for high-speed lines.
• Monitor line-side inventory levels and replenish materials to prevent interruptions.
• Support multiple lines and assist with changeovers and investigations.
• Verify material identity, lot numbers, expiration dates, and release status.
• Return unused materials and document transactions in inventory systems.
• Coordinate material movements to optimize equipment use and production efficiency.
• Assist with root cause investigations related to inventory discrepancies.
