Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a Level 3 Utility to support advanced material handling, inventory control, line support, changeover assistance, and preventive maintenance coordination in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes material availability, inventory accuracy, and collaboration across Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance to maximize equipment uptime while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• English fluency required, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding work instructions, safety procedures, quality documentation, and supervisor direction.
• Willing to be trained.
• Preferred 1 year of packaging machine operator experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process materials, and supplies to production lines.
• Monitor line-side inventory and replenish materials to prevent production interruptions.
• Support multiple production lines and coordinate material movements for optimal equipment utilization.
• Assist with changeovers and preparation to minimize downtime while maintaining GMP and safety.
• Investigate material discrepancies and support inventory control activities.
