Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a 3rd Shift Packaging Team Lead in Somerset, NJ. You will lead packaging line operations for about 50 associates within the Maintenance department, driving lean initiatives and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Develop talent through coaching, maintain GMP/HACCP compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and output on the line.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a packaging environment, preferably confectionery.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging line operations for ~50 associates across a 3rd shift.
• Drive lean initiatives to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost goals.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and food safety.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and cross-training.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, facilities, and quality teams.
• Conduct audits, reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
