Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a Level 3 Utility to support advanced production material handling in a fast-paced, high-volume snack production environment at our Somerset, NJ facility. The role ensures uninterrupted material flow, accurate inventory, and strong collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, and prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process materials, and supplies to production lines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure material traceability in ERP and inventory systems.
• Support startup, shutdown, and changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Assist with material readiness, replenishment, and line-side inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety policies, and quality requirements.
