Job summary

PIM Brands seeks an experienced Packaging Manufacturing Technician to operate and optimize high-speed packaging lines in our New Jersey facility. You will execute changeovers, perform preventive maintenance, and work with cross-functional teams to sustain safety, quality, and production targets.

The role requires at least 5 years in manufacturing or packaging operations, with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, or technical operations experience.
• Proven experience operating high-speed automated packaging equipment.
• Experience performing equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed automated packaging equipment to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Perform complete product and packaging changeovers, including tooling, formats, and settings.
• Conduct routine PM activities, inspections, calibrations, and equipment condition assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and QA to improve equipment reliability and OEE.
