• Experience in a lab following SOPs, instructions, and safety standards.
• Ability to analyze data sets, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
• Experience preparing technical reports for stakeholders.
• Forklift certification and safe material handling

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into technically sound test plans for packaging performance.
• Execute reliable laboratory and transportation tests and troubleshoot results.
• Analyze test data with statistics and engineering judgment to surface trends.
• Communicate methods and findings through concise technical reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in test methods, lab workflows, and throughput
