Premier Packaging seeks a dynamic Supply Chain Specialist to drive new business within defined territories in the packaging sector. You will prospect, acquire, and maintain opportunities while building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, quarterly business reviews with top clients, and collaboration with internal teams. A background in industrial/B2B sales and packaging is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial or B2B sales experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in packaging or paper industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect weekly through networking, referrals, cold calling and phone sales to build a pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and referrals promptly and systematically.
• Develop a strategic plan to build and expand a territory for Premier Packaging.
• Establish and maintain high-level professional relationships with clients.
• Conduct QBR presentations with top clients as directed by Sales Manager.
• Educate clients on Premier Packaging's offerings and optimal usage.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Submit monthly reports detailing prospects, projects, and achievements.
• Monitor aged inventory and ensure turnover within a 30-day cycle.
• Coordinate with accounting to follow up on collections and disputes.
