Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a Packager for the 1st shift in Van Buren, AR. The role involves verifying packaging quality, assembling boxes, labeling, and palletizing shipments. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

The position pays $15.00 per hour and offers weekly pay and full benefits. Must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read and follow safety rules. English language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment.
• Ensures correct box type, liners and packing methods are used.
• Assembles boxes and affixes labels on packaging.
• Examines packs, cups, or bottles for conformance to customer specs.
• Palletizes boxes onto correct pallets per customer specifications.
• Other duties may be assigned.
