Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a packing/production associate to support the packaging area. You will construct boxes, pack products such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, and move materials throughout a fast-paced facility.

The role requires standing and lifting, weekend and off-shift hours, and a willingness to learn on-the-job. On-the-job training is provided in a collaborative production environment.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift.
• You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Construct boxes and pack them full of products people know and love.
• Assist in landscaping, including painting and mowing.
• Change light fixtures and filters as needed.
• Move parts and/or product around the site as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
