Job summary

Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a Packager for the 1st shift in Van Buren, AR. The role involves verifying packaging quality, assembling boxes, labeling, and palletizing shipments. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

The position pays $15.00 per hour and offers weekly pay and full benefits. Must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read and follow safety rules. English language skills are required.

Job Title: Packager

Reports To: Department Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

1st Shift

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Overtime required based on production need.

$15.00/hour

Verifies quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment by performing the following duties:

• Ensures correct box type, box liners and packing methods are used.
• Assembles boxes and affixes labels on packaging.
• Examines packs, cups, or bottles and contents of items for conformance to customer specifications.
• Palletize boxes onto correct pallets to follow customer specifications.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills
