Job summary

Baxter seeks a Packaging Associate to support the production and packaging of Blood Pressure Cuffs, ensuring accurate packaging, safe handling, and compliance with quality standards. You will work within a collaborative manufacturing team to maintain material flow and uphold patient safety.

This role involves following SOPs, participating in Lean initiatives, and completing required training while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Weekend shifts and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Able to identify product defects and quality concerns.
• Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products from production according to work instructions.
• Label, package, and prepare components for shipment with product protection.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage per safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels by replenishing materials and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
