Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the production of high-quality medical devices. You will perform packaging and final assembly for our Blood Pressure Cuffs product line, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards before reaching customers.

You will work with a collaborative manufacturing team, maintain inventory, support continuous improvement, follow SOPs, and participate in Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and other finished products according to work instructions.
• Package, label, and prepare parts for shipment with product protection.
• Stack and organize boxes for shipping and storage following safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels by replenishing materials and components as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products and materials for defects or nonconformities.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Lean manufacturing and Kaizen events.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace following 6S principles.
