Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Packer to support packaging cuffs and finished products from the production line according to SOPs. You will label, prepare components for shipment, and stack boxes on pallets for shipping while ensuring product protection.

In a regulated manufacturing environment, you will follow GMP/FDA standards, participate in Lean and Kaizen initiatives, and maintain a clean workspace following 6S principles. High school diploma required; no prior manufacturing experience needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Identify product defects and quality concerns.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and workstations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products from the production line per SOPs.
• Package, label, and prepare components for shipment with product protection.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing materials as needed.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products for defects and nonconformities.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and participate in Kaizen/Lean initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S principles.
• Contribute to a Zero Harm culture and report hazards or incidents promptly.
