Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Packaging Associate for our on-site Maryland facility. The role focuses on packaging finished goods, maintaining logs, and meeting daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be 21 or older, and pass background checks. You will work five days a week, in a cannabis production setting with strict safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older for legal reasons.
• Must pass Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow SOPs, directives, training materials, and policies.
• Keep up-to-date scale logs and organized workspace.
• Label containers accurately and count units into case packs.
• Assist in cleaning machinery and routine production tasks.
• Communicate openly with management and co-workers about daily output.
• Flex to other departments as needed within production schedule.
