Job summary

Nature's Way in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Packaging Technician I to operate the main packaging line on 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:00pm). You will ensure sanitary standards, meet quality specs, and support continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires adherence to SOPs and cGMP, accurate documentation, and teamwork to maintain safe, efficient line performance. Benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with packaging zones and SOPs.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain sanitary conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to detect product defects.
• Follow SOP and cGMP guidelines.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and materials.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain sanitary conditions between jobs.
• Produce finished goods that meet standards and identify them properly.
