Job summary

Herbalife is seeking a Packaging Technician I to support the packaging of manufactured products in a fast-paced environment in Lake Forest, CA. You will follow electronic batch records and SOPs, clean and maintain equipment, label, palletize, and inspect product quality while ensuring accurate documentation.

The role requires standing for long periods, basic math for inventory, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Able to manually handle packaging product quickly and accurately.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to perform basic math to control inventory and reconcile stock.
• Experience documenting using an electronic batch record system.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must understand, speak, read and write English.
• Basic computer skills for logging data and records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble packaging equipment.
• Package finished products into boxes and palletize for shipping.
• Label products and maintain accurate documentation in logbooks and systems.
• Monitor and support inventory availability in staging areas.
• Ensure product quality through inspection during processing.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
