Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a dedicated Packaging Specialist to accurately weigh, pack, label, and seal cannabis products in a warehouse setting. You will operate packaging equipment, document activity in the track and trace system, and assist QA with sampling while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role supports production teams across cultivation and processing facilities, with emphasis on quality control, waste management, and adherence to SOPs and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related packaging experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Authorized to work in the United States; 21+ years old and able to register with the state cannabis commission.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment (flow wrap, labeling, heat sealing).
• Collect QA samples and support testing as needed.
• Move finished products to the vault and document activities.
• Manage cultivation waste and ensure clean, safe work areas.
• Follow SOPs and comply with state/local cannabis laws.
• Support other cultivation/harvest/production teams as needed.
