Job summary

The Hain Celestial Group is hiring a Packer to support high-speed packaging operations. You will wrap or unwrap products, prepare containers, and ensure correct labeling and counts while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and allergen programs.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates will demonstrate basic math skills, manual dexterity, and knowledge of food safety policies, with a preference for a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• Must have manual dexterity to manipulate boxes, bags and cases.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Understand basic math calculations for counting and labeling.
• Knowledge of SQF and other food safety policies/procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up boxes, bags, or containers in preparation for packing finished products or bulk material.
• Ensure containers are labeled correctly and oriented per specification.
• Maintain correct count of pieces and containers in a case.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report any food safety or quality issues and take appropriate action.
