Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in packaging or equipment.
• Must be self-motivated with initiative and good judgment.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and write English.
• Willing to work multiple shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of GMP/food safety is a plus.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant sanitation and packaging line setup.
• Operate packaging equipment such as TC3 and Fairchild counters, cotton/desiccant insertion, bottle cappers and labelers.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines and maintain clean aseptic practices.
• Document batch records, labels, room and equipment logs as required by cGMP.
• Collaborate in a team environment and assist others as needed.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning of equipment.
• Follow SOPs and packaging procedures; support other production tasks.
• Accept additional duties as assigned by supervision.
