Nature's Way is seeking a Packaging Technician I for the Cremer Line at the Challenger Plant in Green Bay, WI. The 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday from 5:00am to 3:00pm and emphasizes sanitary standards, quality packaging specs, and safe equipment operation.
You will document operations, support quality improvements, and work with a team to ensure defect-free finished goods. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with day-one benefits and on-the-job training provided.

The responsibilities of the Packaging Technician position include maintaining high sanitary standards throughout the preparation, set-up, and operation of the designated jobs, while meeting the high quality packaging specifications within a safe work environment. The Packaging Technician is also responsible for continuously working towards the improvement of quality in all operations.
