Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of production experience, preferably with adhesive blending and packaging operations.
• Ability to follow safety standards and protocols.
• Can lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean blending and packaging machinery.
• Measure, mix, and dispense adhesive products.
• Conduct quality checks and audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Develop work instructions and train other staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
