Job summary

Honey Green in Joplin, MO is seeking a Flower Processing & QC Support I to join our cannabis production operations. You will work hands-on with trimming, sorting, grading, weighing, and material handling to support finished product quality and regulatory compliance.

Under supervision you will learn standardized work, complete tasks with direction, and help ensure accurate records, sanitation, and proper packaging support as needed. This role offers growth in a compliant, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Hand-trim, sort, grade, weigh, and handle cured cannabis material.
• Perform quality inspections for visible defects and contamination; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, weight, yield, waste, and inventory records in real time.
• Clean and sanitize tools, bins, workstations, and equipment per SOPs.
• Support Packaging as trained, while maintaining primary QC focus.
• Follow approved methods and seek clarification when instructions are unclear.
• Develop proficiency through structured training and coaching.
