Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load, move materials, operate packaging equipment, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, removing jams, inspecting quality, and escalating issues. The role requires basic math and computer skills, with training within 90 days of hire. Overtime may be required.

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Package materials and finished products following GMP guidelines.
• Load, move materials and operate packaging equipment.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles during production, packaging and labeling.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities and quality issues immediately.
• Maintain defined cleanup, inventory and restock procedures.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and ensure correct labeling.
